Would you like a little more fullness?
If you like the shape of your breasts but would welcome a subtle change, discover Mia Femtech® — a minimally invasive breast harmonization experience.
A surgical intervention using silicone implants. Suitability is assessed individually.

Your wish can be a simple one.
For clothes to fit the way you like. To recognise the proportions you feel comfortable with. To choose a change for yourself.
- You like the shape. You want more fullness.
- You are happy with the shape of your breasts and would like to add a little volume.
- You want to restore what has changed.
- Breastfeeding, weight changes or time may have affected fullness. You would like to see familiar proportions again.
- You want a push-up bra to be a choice.
- You currently use a bra to create the fullness you want. You are curious about other options that might suit you.
The Mia Femtech® experience at Clinicus.
At Clinicus, Mia Femtech® helps us plan a subtle change in breast fullness, aiming for a natural look and feel.
It is a minimally invasive surgical intervention using silicone implants. We plan the change around your body and expectations and assess your suitability individually.
During your consultation, we explain the procedure and discuss the risks associated with surgery and implants, along with possible alternatives.

Hear about MIA from the doctor.
How is it performed, who might it suit, and what should you know about recovery? Clinicus Vilnius plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Dainius Daunoravičius discusses these questions in the podcast “Grožis reikalauja išmanymo”.
The 28-minute conversation also covers anaesthesia, implants and potential risks. The video is in Lithuanian. Watch at your own pace and bring your personal questions to the consultation.
Feel more informed about a change.
Scars, anaesthesia and recovery. Understand what to expect before making a decision.
- Where are the scars?
- We make the incisions in the armpit creases. There are no incisions on the breasts themselves. Scar healing and visibility vary from person to person.
- What anaesthesia is used?
- We perform MIA under general anaesthesia or sedation. We choose your anaesthetic plan individually.
- How would it affect my daily life?
- Your recovery plan needs to fit your life. Discuss returning to work, caring for children and exercise with your doctor.
How could it fit into your life?
We plan around 90 minutes for the MIA experience. Your total time at the clinic depends on the anaesthetic approach and your individual plan.
We plan recovery around how you feel and the anaesthetic approach chosen for you. We explain individually when to return to work, childcare and exercise.
Tell us what your day looks like. Together, we will discuss how to plan the change and make time for your recovery.
A few questions before we talk.
Could MIA suit me after breastfeeding?
Changes in fullness after breastfeeding are one reason to explore MIA. This does not mean it suits everyone. Your doctor will assess your situation and explain which options could match the change you want.
What if my breasts need a lift or are uneven?
MIA is intended for a subtle change in fullness when a breast lift is not needed and there is no pronounced asymmetry. If you need a lift or want to correct a noticeable difference between your breasts, discuss other options at your consultation. Your doctor assesses suitability.
How is the anaesthetic plan chosen?
At Clinicus, we perform MIA under general anaesthesia or sedation. During your consultation, we assess your health, explain the procedure and choose an anaesthetic plan that suits you.
Can I get in touch if I am only exploring?
Yes. You can bring questions about appearance, feel, risks or recovery to your consultation. Its purpose is to understand the options MIA offers and whether they match your expectations.
The first step is a conversation about you.
It can begin with a simple wish: more fullness, proportions you feel comfortable with, or clarity about your options.
At a consultation in Vilnius, you can share your expectations and hear which approaches could meet them.
- Share what you would like.
- The change you hope for and what matters most to you.
- Understand your options.
- How MIA works, whether it could suit you and what alternatives are available.
- Discuss the next steps.
- Preparation, the procedure, possible risks and recovery.
Let’s discuss MIA in Vilnius.
Leave your contact details. We will get in touch to arrange a consultation.
